Hamptons Telephone is a facilities based carrier of telephone and data services. Our core network equipment and switches are homed on the East End, closest to our customers, and our peripheral communications devices are installed in well-connected areas at many Verizon end offices and tandems. Our telephone network is transported on the same high-level fiber-optic infrastructure as Verizon, and it is highly reliable with clear sound and performance.

Hamptons Telephone's network is built to interoperate with both legacy phone networks and next-generation telephony services. This means we can offer traditional voice services today and more advanced services as they become available. For instance, our Voice over DSL (VoDSL) service, available now, allows multiple telephone lines and high-speed data to travel across the same circuit, at significantly lower costs than was previously available over expensive T1 lines. And our DSL data offerings boast speeds over 2Mbps in both directions, which makes it faster than cable and many times quicker than ordinary dial-up lines.

All of our DSL connections are provided static IPs, are monitored for quality of service and uptime, and come with our expert technical support staff to quickly resolve issues if they arise. Along with our data partner, Hamptons Online, Hamptons Telephone is able to provide an integrated mix of services to serve most needs of business and residential customers on the East End.
